Challenge 25 is in effect at all times, you may be requested to provide physical ID and refused service/entry if a valid form is not presented.

 

Under 18s are allowed within the venue until 8pm Sunday-Friday, and 6pm on Saturday, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

 

Advance bookings are held for 15 minutes after the designated start time. After this time your table may be given to another customer.

 

If the number of attendees differs to the booking, we reserve the right to change your table and/or playing time to accommodate yours and other groups for the best experience.

 

We require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations of pre paid bookings, after which a refund will not be issued. Partial refunds are not available for advance bookings. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking. If you or your party are refused service or ejected for any reason, a refund will not be issued.

 

We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to the venue or equipment during your visit.
