Can I come without a booking?Of course! We're always happy for people to come down for a drink, and as long as we have the availability we can get you set up in a console booth even if you don't have a booking! (We do always recommend booking if you want to play however!)

Are your venues physically accessible? Please let us know if you, or a guest in your party, requires assistance so that we can provide you with the appropriate information and provisions so everyone can make the most of their experience. Manchester - manchester@pixel-bar.co.uk Our Manchester venue has full wheelchair access to our ground floor, with gaming booths, drinking tables and arcade machines, with an accessible toilet near the front door. Leeds - leeds@pixel-bar.co.uk Unfortunately, access for wheelchair users to our Leeds venue is restricted due several unavoidable staircases throughout the venue with no feasible solutions currently. Liverpool - liverpool@pixel-bar.co.uk Our Liverpool venue has an accessible toilet on our ground level. However, access to our gaming booths and main bar area is restricted due to several staircases throughout the venue with no feasible solutions currently. For those with neurodivergent needs or preferences, please contact each bar individually as our teams may be able to accommodate specific requests! Please note the venues can be unpredictably loud and crowded at times, bare this in mind when planning a visit. Our venues are kitted with bright neon lights and flashing screens, which while they make for a cool venue, may affect those with epilepsy. Any specific questions or requests can be emailed directly to the relevant bar and we'll do our best to accommodate where we can!
